Quotes
Every quote is based on the details you give us about the property and the work needed. If the property or job turns out to be different, for example larger or in a very different condition, we will talk to you before going ahead and may need to update the quote.
What’s included
We agree what is included before the first clean. Anything not agreed can be added by arrangement.
Access, keys and alarms
Please make sure we can get in at the agreed time. If we hold keys or alarm codes, we use them only for your cleans and keep them securely. Please tell us about pets, hazards or areas we should avoid.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a clean, please give us as much notice as possible, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment
Payment is as agreed on your quote.
If something isn’t right
Please tell us as soon as possible after the clean, so we can look into it with you.
